Meeting at the property — Seniors will meet the on-site parent shortly after at the rental property. She will provide the door code, Coldwell Banker inspection schedule, and parking permits upon arrival.

Inspect — Seniors will inspect the property with the on-site parent, document any damage, and review the realtor inspection schedule. Complete and return the check-in inspection form to Coldwell Banker within 24 hours.

What's provided

Sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per person. Check linen bag for 24-hour on-call number if there is an issue.

At check-in

Delivered 2:00–6:00 PM. Call 800-321-1592 if not received by 6pm. Bed linens are packaged by size — beds are not made upon delivery.

At checkout

Remove all bath and bed linens, bag them, and leave outside for pickup.

All personal belongings must be removed by 10:00 AM. Late checkout = $200 fee. The property must be left in the same condition as when you arrived — failure to do so may result in deductions from the $2,000 security deposit.

On-site parent will arrive at 8:00 AM to help with checkout. Please be packed and ready by 8:30 AM. Pack your car Thursday night with items you won't need so we don't checkout late.
